Isle of Wight is such a beautiful holiday destination for you and your family to enjoy. The caravan and holiday parks are a very high standard and with the island not large you are easy tour about the island and visit the main attraction in any direction. The beaches are first class and with one of the main holiday beach resorts at Sandown you have the perfect holiday setup for the whole family. Sandown has a beach which is truly excellent and all the fun and games you would expect. Walking along the front passing all the bars and amusement you just feel you are in a top class English holiday destination. There is also so much more to the Isle of Wight than meets the eye.

Other parts of the Isle of Wight which is a must visit is Shanklin, Ventnor, Yarmouth, Cowes, Ryde and The Needles. The Needles have amazing views from the coastline and you also have another coastal beauty in the way of St Catherine's Point. The main business district of the Isle of Wight is Newport and is the centre hub of the Island.
One of the caravan parks on the Isle of Wight is Sandhills. This site is sited on the top of the cliffs, and adjacent to the famous 'coastal path' you can really enjoy the wonderful walks, and the breath taking views from the Sandhills Caravan Park and is truly an area of outstanding natural beauty. Sandhills has a large reception and self service shop (fully stocked) there is a laundrette, and children have their own play area. There is no pub or night club at Sandhills, which means it is very peaceful at night, just when you want to relax. There maybe the availability of temporary membership of the next door holiday park for a reasonable charge, which will give you access to the swimming pools, night club and bar etc., membership for this can be obtained at reception.
Sandhills is only a few minutes away from Bembridge, which is a small town, having grown from a village years ago. There you will find lots of shops, cafe's and hotels to choose from. Going in the other direction, you will come to Sandown which is the islands busiest resort, with beach and amusements and lots of shops cafe's etc. The famous Isle Of Wight zoo is on the esplanade at Sandown.
